That motor is the same as the 850Xs race motor less lower unit low water intakes and it will make about 85hp at prop @6000-6500 RPM, Prop it closer to 6000PRM for best performance.( ran my I6 150 @ over 7000rpm for years)
Who in his right mind would like to run a motor at 7K for "recreational purposes" when it's max rated to run at 5.5K at full hammer down. If at 5.5 K already screams high, wouldn't imagine screaming at 7K. If backing throttle from 7K to 5.5K the motor will run good with 0 issues as 50:1 ratio is indicated to run any engine at it's max wot rpm range as factory stated. You can run a motor premixed to 50:1 at 7K for a very short time period of expect a kaboon latter, very bad musique!!
