i am replacing the deck on my 95 glastron, and noticed the plastic fuel tank appears to have cracks in the top i was wondering if i should be worried about this issue or if this is normal any info would be helpful.

I agree with this statement, but if you are going to restore the boat your best bet is just to replace the tank all together. They can be sealed, but with it being plastic it won't last forever. Tanks don't cost to much, and there is some good places you can get fuel tanks at.
