How do you share full size pictures, only way I've been able to find is in manage attachments, upload, and I always have to compress. This makes it a thumbnail that you have to click on, then it will enlarge. Any suggestions?

Shot of the hole that runs through glass by transom, won't allow me to just pull all cables with engine.

Photobucket works great. You can set the default upload pic size to 640 x 480 whick is perfect for the iBoats Forum. Photobucket is FREE!

That is rotary. I would disconnect everything but the hydrolic lines from the motor. Its much easier. That harness looks kinda funny like someone spliced the boat side harness to the motor harness. You should just have to disconnect the control cables(should be two of them), Steering cable, fuel line, Main harness. I would disconnect the hydro hoses at the pump. Might have to wrestle with the steering cable a little to get it out. Also its good to lable stuff before you start removeing the wires and such. It helps you get familiar with how the stuff works and how its wired And how its supposed to be wired. It doesn't matter if the lable stays on the stuff cause you'll prolly remember after take time TO put lables on it.:D

Good Evening Fellas,

Thanks for your help throughout the weekend! Over all I am pretty happy with what's gotten done for the amount of time I spent on her and this being my first time.

I disconnected the cable from the steering wheel, is this how you would had done it? I have the wires and stuff labeled and not completely finished with pulling all the ratty work out yet. Engine out and on stand, windshield and some junk removed from the boat.

Re: Galaxie Granada Trihaul Restoration "Please help"

I would have removed the steering cable from the tilt tube on the motor but who cares, its out right. Just wondering here....... is the cable good? Mine is froze up like an exhaust pipe bolt. That will be about $150 out of my budget. As far as the pics, theres a sticky that shows you how to post pics. The sticky is the second post on this forum. I recently started using photobucket. Start a account on photobucket, upload pics to your album. I save all my pics to a desktop file to make it easier to upload. After the upload, leave Pbucket running and start a new tab. On that tab bring up your Iboats thread. bring Pbucket back up and hold you mouse arrow over the pic you want to post on your thread. You'll see 4 boxes pop up, click the bottom one and it should read COPIED. Go back to your thread, right click in the box were you type your reply and select paste. Botta-bing

Great work, Kansas Berg!

Re: Galaxie Granada Trihaul Restoration "Please help"

Hey Guys, I'm going to have 2 days off to work on the boat, where would you go with my project from here? I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of building the hull cradle, after getting some more "stuff" like the seats/vinyl off the boat and other accessories. Question:? How do you take the bow backing seats out? Do i need to lift the top first to get behind them? Taking the bumper strip out, clues on that so I can seperate the cap and hull? Let me know where you would go with this from here, Thanks guys.
