I have a 1997 evinrude 115. E115eleua, I've got a remanufactured powerhead on it put on in february of this year. I've noticed that there's always gas leakinng into the airbox silencer, but it's at the fittings where it sits onto the throats of the carburetors... All the hoses are connected at the top and the bottom of the air silencer, the shop told me it's normal? I've read some posts that say it is, and some that aren't. The factory manual shows no gas should leak period. Would you say it's something I should fix or no?
