Those are the small ones 5 ton there are 35 ton aluminum hull mostly hydraulic w/ two 300hp V8 cummins, the 5 ton have one300 hp cummins. The 100ton has 4- 671 detroits one over each 9.5 tire it's steel hull. And the ship had 4 671 detroits on a Quad box.

Yea, I looked it up, but then realized I actually worked on one while I was up in Ketchikan.

They are quite a craft the goverment was going broke maintaining them. They were built for the vietnam era. we had some with 150-200hrs on them. 300' of hyd. hoses transfere-transmissions crazy beasts. I guess were off task here if you want any more info on em pm me. I'll still need help on these little toys though hehe!
