Re: Going to install my smart tabs...
Go ahead and get the 4200, they pack a gasket sealing strip with the tabs, I filled all of my holes with 4200 and put some on the screws as I was installing them. If you go on the web site and read the install instructions they will tell what size drill bit you will need also, just in case you don't have a good set already.
Now a word of advice, read and fully understand the instructions, layout the install and recheck it at least twice, you want to drill your holes in the right place and the right size the first time, put some tape around the drill bit for the depth of the holes, drill carefully so you don't chip the gelcoat, ( I'm thinking fiberglass boat here), countersink the holes, this keeps the screws from chipping the gelcoat. It is not a bad job, should take 2 maybe 3 hours.
If there is anything you do not understand just call John at Nauticus, 800-233-0194, he will be glad to help you out. Enjoy.
