good or bad deal?

Got to the boat dealer and decided to pull the trigger. Vinyl is good. Helm seat turned out to be a live well and the seat has no back and not attached to the base. That will have to go. I will get a normal Captain's chair with a swivel base. The sink was actually a sink/fridge combo. But no door on the fridge and no power to the fridge. That unit will go and I will just put my large cooler in that area. Motor ran great! They put 1/3 of the boat in a 4' deep tank. It started up easily, shifted with zero grinding, no hesitation at wot in forward or reverse, all alarms seem to work and the VRO is still attached and working. The water line is about an inch higher than I posted on page 1, post #16. Looked under the deck and the plywood looks almost brand new. All the framing looks very good, no cracks on the transom or any other place I looked. Minor cosmetics here and there to be taken care of. The BEST part is that I got them down to $4500.

Thanks...forgot to mention in earlier post that I had them pull the plugs on the leg and gear oil looked great, no water, not milky and both screws came out. No corrosion noticed on the engine at all. Pee stream was very strong.

Thanks guys... it wil be a couple of weeks before I splash her. Need a new helm seat, new fabric for the bimini and little odds and ends that always take longer than figured.
