My next suggestion if you happen to work on your own vehicles is buying the factory Helm manual. They are pricey at $135 but well worth it. You may find the set on Ebay.

Great looking truck, I have always loved the honeycomb grilles on the premium GMC's.
Great wheels as well.

Wow that doesn't look near 9 years old. Seriously, my oldest car is a 2000 and I maintain it better than you would believe and I couldn't stave off the rust from our salty roads. Your truck looks like new. Great find and a good choice. What is the tow capacity on it? Just cursios my midsize Rainier with the 5.3 will only tow 6500.

Thanks for the kind words about the beast. It seems she was well cared for. When you get up close you can see she will need a buff job. But still very clean for a Midwest salt rig! The PO put lame wheel lip mouldings on her, they were aftermarket and didn't fit well... There is some minor surface rust where debris collected between them and the body. I'll address that this summer. I also plan on having plastic body color wheel flares added to protect better than the lame mouldings. All and all for my new daily driver and tow rig, I'm very impressed. The wife now drives my Xterra, as we traded her Blazer down on the Yukon. We both have a spot in the garage in winter due to my buddy that kindly stores my boat and Barracuda.

The Yukon can tow 8700 lbs.

I will attest to this being an ultimate guide to the car. However, there is a lot of un needed information and they tell you to use dealer numbered tools and service equipment while trying to check for issues. Which if you have access to some of those tools, thats awesome. But honestly, A haynes repair manual will do just fine unless you plan on tearing the car down bolt by bolt and having electrical issues then I would suggest the Helm Inc. manual.

Haynes manuals aren't worth the paper they are printed on in my opinion. They cover too many years and will waste hours over the time you own the manual. Not sure how much your time is worth but in the end, the Helm manual would actually be easier and cheaper to own.

Very nice truck! Make sure you tow in "drive" Do not tow in overdrive, the 4l60E transmission will not take it for long.

It tows awesome! As if the Hurricane isn't even there... Makes my Xterra seem like a go-cart. I upgraded rims... I think they look better than the stock ones. 2009 GMC Yukon take off's.

eBay. A company in Florida called Wheels and Caps. There 2009 GMC Sierra, Yukon, take off wheels. Meaning they were taken off and had aftermarket wheels installed, this company finds these stock rims and tires and sells them. They had zero miles on them.
