i don't know why but i got a pda in a trade for a welding hood i dont need either one but i was wondering if iboats more importantly does the forums have a mobile friendly access? just curious

It's probably "supply and demand". It cost money to set up and maintain mobile sites.

PDA's with internet access were expensive and never really caught on.

Cell phones get internet, but they are not as useful with such tiny screens.

You can get a ton of software for PDSs however.

Which make and model?? Might could just access the internet directly.

If it has internet access, you can get on iboats. Some sites won't let you input data, but iboats will, so you can make posts, order stuff, search, etc... I can access it with my pocket PC and as far as I can tell it's a full function site for mobile internet. The only thing you won't see is animation, like what some have as their avatars or videos people put on here.

it is a dell axim x5 it is old but it works good i got a wireless card and a camera with it i dont know if it was a goood deal or not.....i am not having any problem connecting to the web but iboats wont load not really a problem it sits right beside my laptop probably just give it to one of the kids anway

I boats is PDA friendly. I access it all teh time while stuck in atlanta traffic with my Blackberry...
