Maybe, IF you know what you're looking for/at. But for the hassle of it versus the expense my choice would be new. Unless you're getting serious about 4 wheeling I'd stay away from pneumatic ( air ) lockers. It's just more stuff to wire and plumb. Go mechanical. Personally I like the EZ LOCKER. This is a ratchet type device in which either wheel can spin faster than the ring gear, but not slower. The downside is they do wear out. So does everything else.
Go to a wrecking yard and find a limited slip diff and replace yours.
