Last summer it was a half-hour trip to the boat at a local marina. This year after construction of a boat dock, we will have a walk of about 120 feet to the boat from the front door. Sure glad gas went down since we will gain an hour on the water every time we go out now!!

The water is about 15' from my front door. Unfortunately, the cottage is 2.5 hour away from home

Local small 100 acre boating lake is 1 mile from the house - But horrible Fishing.

Grand Lake, OK with 46,500 surface acres of water is about 3 hours and 20 minutes away.

And the nearest Ocean is 11 hours and 39 minutes away.

I sure can't wait to get my boat in the water!

1 hour drive to the campground and the boat is on the lift 3.8 miles from the campground.

i basically live next to our small 20 foot boat and our other boat is maybe a 2 min drive because we keep out 40 foot boat at a yacht club

Can vary a bit....at the moment 'not far'.
Just joking....normally we are 20-30mins.

225' feet down my back yard, but with the lake over 15' below full pool there is no way to get a inboard outboard motor boat to the dock. About 30 miles from 4 other lakes

Well its like this river across the street, goverment docs....4 blocks away....lake and one boat will be 7 min away the other boat will be on the same lake but will be 30 min away at North Bay marina.......at 33' will not be doing to much traillering.....hope to be on the great lakes in the next 2 years or so....that will make it 2 hours from home.

Casting distance from the back deck to the Clackamas River for Salmon & Steelhead fishing

A ten minute drive/launch upriver to the first big reservoir to troll for trout.

1 to 2 hour drive/launch to fish premiere high mountain lakes along the Oregon Cascades.

3 to 4 hour drive to fish the Columbia River bar, ?Buoy Ten? as its known locally to fish for Salmon.

10 miles to nearest lake- 20 to the closest I'd willingly put my boat in.
About four years ago I could just walk down the stairs and turn the key.
Traded that for a family and had to leave coast to maintain it.

3/4 mile from the house. Call ahead to have the boat put in. No waiting. Man... I love living in Florida!

30 to 45 minutes from several large lake systems and 3 1/2 hours to ocean.

I have a dock and a launch in the front yard. I've lived on two different lakes, the salt and now ondarvr.
