25min to one, 40min to the other (colorado river) and then hours.... to anything else.

Typically the Reservoir we prefer is about 80 miles from us or just over an hour Pueblo Res, but in a pinch theres a couple smaller reservoirs within 30 minutes but they are very busy Chatfield Res. and Cherry Creek Res. both decent but if your not there early you will wait hours to get on. Pueblo we have never waited to get on and its 3 times the lake.

Not a boat owner yet (working on changing that within a month or so).

We had a boat and sold it last year. Then we were going to a big lake about 40 minutes away.

We have gained access to a smaller lake, that is much closer (about 10 minutes). Once the new boat is purchased, we are planning on being on the water every night that the weather permits, and every weekend afternoon as well.

We will go to the big lake still, but it is much easier and closer to drive 10 minutes and not deal with traffic, both vehicle traffic and loading ramp traffic. Beaver Lake (40 min away) is really nice, and part of the reason we moved to Arkansas, but the closer lakes offer us convenience.

5 min. to Georgian Bay(part of the Great Lakes Sys) and not a whole lot farther to any number of other large lakes in any direction.Just got the old girl working good about the middle of last summer and the wife likes the Goldwing better than the boat so you know how often it will get used.

P.S.The Wing is a bit better on fuel.

Well if I'm goin to the River, East Bay River, it's about 7 miles.....to get to the gulf from there....travel about 15 min by boat. Intercoastal Waterway.....about 2 miles.......I LOVE LIVIN IN THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE!!

hi half a mile down the road i gotta laugh at the masses travel 3or 4 hours in traffic to get to cottage just to mow lawn ect. turn around on sunday 3 or 4 hrs back .i go to my marina jump on my boat on lake ontario in 5 minutes all stress is gone on my 42ft excalibur

I'm 5 minutes from the river we usually go boating on, but I live on an island so i'm never more than 15 minutes from the ocean. Now that I have a bigger boat i'm gonna try out some of the coastal stuff this summer.

About 5 miles to the closest and largest lake. I go once or twice a year, fishing isn't too good. About 100 miles and 2 1/2 to 3 hrs to the one I like to go to the most. Another state away from towns and very few people and good fishing. About every other weekend in the summer. Another big lake famous for Lake Trout about an hour away, about once or twice a year. Here in north Idaho we have lakes and rivers all over the place. If I mention the ones I canoe in, no motors, it's a lot more.

we drive about 30 min. there are a few lakes that are closer, but my wife has her favorite to ski on. but we have a good choice of about 7 lakes within an hour or less of driveing.

10 min. to the slip. takes more time to load up hook up and launch then the drive.
