Progress update . . .
I got another layer of 1808 on the transom from the inside 'up&over' to the outside and around underneath to the 'bottom plate' The transom is getting fat, as it should . . .
.

.
Another 0.3" to go . . .
Now I'm prepping for the splash wells. This will be some engineering on-the-fly, so we shall see how it goes.
.

.

.
The base of the splash wells is pretty much a given, so I glassed the underside of those. This resin is not as 'Coosa board friendly' as I would like, but really soaking the resin onto the Coosa and using the 0.5 mil plastic to cover it all seems to work the best.
.

.
Whenever I can . . . I use the resin roller to get about a 1/16" coating on the Coosa. Works great on flat surfaces . . . vertical surfaces, not so much

.
.
I also pre-saturate the cloth as I normally do . . .

.
Then once the glass is laid down on the Coosa and rolled out, I cover it with the plastic sheeting.
.

.
This process seems to work the best.
.
I'm running out of resin (again) . . . not sure why . . . my resin calculator must be acting up

. I might need to make an emergency run to the fiberglass supply place this week.
