I just received an email from customerservice@iboats.com subject line:iboats MegaMall order Reciept #321364
The only problem is I did not place a order.
Earlier tonight I did look around the marine store for bimini tops and fish finders bit I did not even look at Evinrude impellers and/or rectifiers, much less place an order...I don't even own an Evinrude!
I wonder if this is simply an honest mistake on iboats part. I have ordered from them in the past and maybe some "wires got crossed". OR could this be a third party scam or even malicious hacking of the site?
Anybody else receive any confirmations on orders they didn't place??
I've emailed CS and plan on calling the 1-800 # tomorrow but I can't shake this uneasy feeling.
