Im so pissed, Has your wife done this?

My wife just threw out all my fishing magazines. I had several years of F&S, Crappie Mag, Trailer Boats, Guns and Ammo and some others. All that knowledge is gone. I cant replace it. I read those mags almost everyday. I am ready to strangle her She has crossed the line this time. I cant take this crap anymore. She always does this kind of BS. She throw stuff away without asking. Man Im PISSED!!!!

She threw away all my good porn.<br /><br />Seriously though, My wife does the same BS. <br />Not only my magazine, but I find my old "trophy shirts" form my racing days (in rowing, you bet your shirt against your opponents. Winners take all). Yesterday I found a few wrenches and screwdrivers in the trash (they has some rust on them).<br /><br />I don't even know what she throw out, that made it to the dump. <br /><br />But good forbid I ask her to throw away any of her old crap. And I at least ask.

Well I can say with all honesty, that my wife after 32+ years, has never thrown anything away that belonged to me.<br /><br />We kinda have a standing rule, that I don't bother her stuff, she don't bother mine.

MY ex wife tossed out a brand new dewalt cordless drill i was looking for it asked her were it was she said i left it on the table it went out with the trash this morning you noticed i said exwife

Nope!<br /><br />Let me clarify that, I don't leave it laying around-though.<br /><br />She will "hide" some of my two sons stuff and then demand ransom for it. <br /><br />But, they leave things laying around. They're learning.

There is something about women in general that makes them think they have the right to throw anything out. My wife esp likes to throw my son's toys away...<br /><br />I regularly scan the trash to make sure she stays on the straight and narrow

Nathan in Arkansa, I live in hot springs, good to know I have company here from my state. But what you were talking about, My wife threw out all my fishing mag's that I have been holding onto for the last 10 years. She got a kick with cleaning the house and said they have to go or do something with them. So I put them were I spend a lot of time...the john. That didnt go very well. I got home from work, went in there to read, and they were gone!!!(Very Pi##ed off)<br /><br />Suzuki40

Building a garage or a new shed is an excellent way of stopping partners discarding favorite things that we are all attatched to.<br />You have to understand the way women view some things that men hold dear. They see it as either dirty, in the way, not put away, or the man thinks he's taking over the house!<br />Answer is to build another place to put it all. Anyway who couldn't do with a new garage or shed. <br />Now listen up good.The psychology here is that she'll agree to get clean space and control of the house but in the end the garage or shed won't be needed because once the costs are announced the foot comes down, STOP.<br />If all else fails, then you've got a new garage/shed.<br />Win, win. you guys are hilarious! <br /><br />dang RJ throws in a real eye opener now that would be the master stroke, wouldn't it? i like that idea <br /><br />i feel your pain nathan. i guess i'm on the same line as DJ too. work out a compromise, go over what means alot to you, that she apparently didn't know, put the stacks of mags under the bed, announce a location as off-limits, etc.<br /><br />when doing major cleaning, my wife puts my junk in a pile and suggests i chunk it in the trash. i do likewise. then we evaluate the junk , hide it in an off-limit place, or chunk it. if you don't have a basement or attic, under the bed or top of closet might work. heck, it might be time to put in an access panel under the tub LOL<br /><br />bubbakat - i hope you have a vacant room with decent cot at the jailhouse to fall back on...
