intermittent to no spark on 1,3 and 5 cylinders

While trouble shooting a idle problem was checking the timing and found intermittent spark to 1 3 and 5 cylinders, engine is a 150 Mercury xr2 year 1986 checked wiring looks ok, thanks for help

Got to work on xr2 today did a switch on the power packs and my no spark problem moved to 2 4 and 6 cylinders, looks like I am in the market for a power pack. Thanks for your help Mellow Yellow.<br /><br />Alvin Hendricks
