Just to make sure in my mind I'm about to do this right here is my plan. First all the wood is out. Second, grind all the excess glass off the sides. Third clean up the mess, fourth cut patterns out of cardboard for the deck and cabin, 5Th, cut my wood and dry fit it, 6Th lay it out and use epoxy resin and put one coat on bottom and edges, 7, use liquid nail on the stringers and place wood in, 8 use filler to fill in the edges and the seams then tape them, 9 put on layer of epoxy resin on deck, lay in the cloth, put another coat over cloth and take a roller and get all the bubbles out, sand, clean up and done. Am I close? And thanks to everyone for advice and reading all my questions.

you got a good outline..

you have to paint or gelcoat the deck.
epoxy wont hold up in direct sunlight.

Just a coat of epoxy on the bottom of the ply won't hold up as long using cloth also, so if you want it to last use cloth on all surfaces.

Gel coat won't stick that well to epoxy, so you need to use paint.

yes the carpet would keep the UV off the epoxy.

i would paint it see what it looks like then decide on the carpet..
worst case one more layer of sealant..
