Is this the right fuel pump i need for my motor?

76 Johnson 115 V4 Seahorse
I found the one that looks exactly like the one that was on the motor but in the description it says up top 30 hp or something and the year models it goes on is different.
Will this still work ?

No way.
Thats rated for 20-30hp.
You need the right one for your engine, theres a pulse port on the back and threads that need lining up etc etc

awesome help ..i got it from a kinda close by marine shop yesterday cause i wanted to make sure i got the right stufff.
gonna work on it today and get it all back together.
looks like i could a saved a few bucks if i ordered it from that link though .
oh well.at least im learning some good knowledge i can pass along to other noobs like me later on lol.
thanx again guys..id be doing alot more guessing if it weren't for this site

alright seems all good! ..crisp throttle response and the gas is moving through the clear filter i have installed.
pumping out a lot of water with the new impeller installer.starting right up instead of taking a bunch of cranks.
this is all on water ears..i might get it out in the water today and try it out hopefully.
the motor seems to have a new attitude lol.
