Hey guys, all the information was great information yesterday and it's greatly appreciated.
I'm also looking at another boat, a little more expensive, so not sure if it's worth the money or not.
It's a 1991 Glassport, 4.3L V6 Mercruiser, Open Bow Ski 17ft.

I've had some email correspondance with the seller and it is as follows.
Is there anything else I should ask before I contemplate going to look for it?

Hello, the hull/transom and everything on and inside the boat are in great shape. Floor is in excellent shape and carpeted. What i meant by tears is only one spot on the left front bow where the seam is comming apart at the top and bottom of the seat. I siliconed it in place, but can be easily repaired. Have recently done basic preventive maintenance this past summer, new prop, seals for lower unit, gear lube replaced, new belts, new bilge pump, new battery, new fuel pump, new carberator, new water pump/impellar, all brand new this past summer. Boat runs perfect and is currently winterized and covered. Thats another reason i want to get rid of it is because i just moved into a new house 2 months ago and it wont fit in garage. I kept it in my old house's garage before the past 2 years, so it's been well protected. The window latch in middle broke off last summer, but i still have window with no defects. Again, very easy fix, all it needs is new hinge. Overall boat is in great shape and runs like a charm.
I may have some of the receipts and boxes left of the parts i bought...not sure after the move may have thrown it all out. Like i said i didnt expect to sell the boat but i have a baby on the way and cant use this summer. The window hinge broke off on the lake one day, but looks like it can be replaced with a new hinge. Looks pretty basic, just havent had time.
I can assure you you will NOT have to invest one cent into the motor of this boat... i've invested over $5000 into it the past 2 years. It's completely re-built and runs like new. I had it serviced with Bill's Marine here in Hendersonville every year and they put in the new parts for me. I was trying to sell for $3500 but no-one responded to my ads, so i reduced to $2K to get some christmas money. It's a steal, trust me... the motor is immaculate
