It won't be long before one of those shows up on eBay. There are tons of these engines around, most not running due to problems with the electronic ignition (parts not available, or available at prices that are more than the outboard is worth). Keep looking there.
Also, watch Craig's List in your area, if it's available. I see these motors for saile in the Twin Cities area rather frequently. In fact, I bought one, which promptly developed an ignition problem that I can't fix. I'd sell you the starter, but I want to sell the engine as a unit.
