Yep, I made my first "pickle fork" over 50 years ago. And if you want really get fancy, mount it to your workbench and free up the vise.
Mount it to the workbench?. Ha!, That's where it was first time. Dropped something, liked to knock my brains out raising up, hence it became portable.
Me, my problem is working in flip-flops and dropping stuff on my toe.
Now there's a chance for someone to make a fortune... steel toe covers for the working man's flip flops.
As Janice on "Friends" would say.... Oh... My... God!
Do you have any pictures of it in action? New to outboards just getting my little workshop area set up
Right now i have got it
Sorry for laughing, but I guess we all have done that a few times. Me, my problem is working in flip-flops and dropping stuff on my toe. Doc says don't do that. Hey, how about mounting the pickle fork to the bench with a hinge so it will pivot up. Nah, forget it.
