There are very few time's i would question you advice, actually none in terms of recon..you own the day night or what evea. But no mfg can limit the orignal terms of a contract......unless that is the orignal terms have been ...umm violated..and it has been...err they have been.
Good guy aside any attourney could or would tell you no actually articulate the mfg has no more responsibility towards this boat it was severly damaged....ya da yada yada..
Boom done...Ben there done that and it sucks..

He said the warranty is only void on the repaired area, not the whole boat. There may be a case for a new boat, but again, like the other thread similar to this one, we don't even know what the damage actually is yet, not even a pic in this case, just a couple sentances describing it. I do think this is a very unfortunate situation for both parties and bigtree should be made whole. That means if it's repaired, he should be compensated for the loss in value of the boat.
