To run a reactor or rocket at more than "100%" is to run it above it's rated performance, not beyond its capability.

Sort of like running your outboard at 6,500-7,000rpm or towing 8,000# with a truck rated to tow 7,000#.

btw...im a "boss"...and we can see right thru brown nosing....

its the person that gets the job done just as i would do that scores the brownie points

MANY mgr's are too... what's the word here... flattered, empowered... I don't know the exact word to use here... but they are too overcome with their own ego's to care, even if it is obvious. That's why people still brown-nose... it frequently works.

Amen to that, I seen allot of A** kissing at my last job. I was a lead man, I didn't receive the above mentioned that much at all but I sure did see it happening allot. I personally did my job the best I could. It gets really bad when you see supervisors kiss the plant manager's behind.

My brother happened to send that joke to me a while back by email, still a good one though.

Actually, our universe is only one of an infinite number of universes, and as such, contains an infinitely miniscule percentage of everything that is. It is space that contains everything that is, and space does not expand nor contract as it is infinitely large. So all is well, there's plenty of space for our universe to expand into. :)
