So it's either the end of the world or the first day of winter this coming Friday. I'm so confused.

Has it really been 5,125 years already? The Steve Miller Band was right. Time does keep on slippin? into the future.

I guess I had better get that final coat of wax on the boat. Wouldn't want the world to end with a chalky boat.:faint2:

Now I gotta run the dump truck down for another 6 ton round granite calendar that doesn't even mark ground hog or ST Patrick's day.

You would think they could proof these calenders before the next edition.

I relate this the same as I did with the W2K event all bs, if I'm wrong then I hope there is a fishing hole on the other side, maybe someone will hit the restart button before hand..lol

Knowing it was coming I ended up clocking 143 on the boat over the summer in a effort to enjoy the last one, :laugh: And if things keep right on going, then I will do it all over next year

Just in case the world doesn't end today- have a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year. We are in the south this winter and can hardly wait to get home in the spring and get back to boating. Enjoy life while we can we ain't getting any younger either.

My kids got a little excited yesterday, wondering if the "End was Near."

The power went out in the schools about 10:00am, they wondered if it was the beginning of the end.

Still here today on iboats, so much for all the hype. About as much impact as Y2K.
