I have a 140 I/O mercruiser and I need to replace the prop shaft seal. Are there any special tools needed for the job. Sure can use some feed back on this.
You've going to need a cover nut tool, a press, and the manual. And depending on whether it's an Alpha or 'pre-alpha' you may also need the drive shaft bearing retainer tool.
