Just got my 87 Glastron Carlson CVX-18 running after it had been sitting for about 7-8 years. Lot's of slag/rust exiting the exhaust, but finally cleared up after running for about 40 minutes. No leaks, internal or external, to note after running. Engine maintains a solid 160 degree water temp at 1500 RPM and will climb to 170-175 at idle and maintain.
Should I be concerned with the wall remaining wall thickness of the riser? Never been used in salt water. Thanks in advance.
