The Corstitution VERY SPECIFICALLY LIMITS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and reserves all power not specifically granted to THE STATES. FDR needed Tyrants from the bench to back his trashing the Cornstatution and he and the Dems did THE DIRTY DEAL. Most of all FDR needed dim wits and his four terms proved beyond all doubt they do exist.
