I pulled off my outdrive today because last year I was losing gear oil. The bellow had alot of oil in it. When I drained the lower case the oil was milky. I am thinking it needs the o-ring by the bearings. Were could the water be coming from. I read that the pumps can leak water in to the oil. I bought a new pump and impeller kit. What should be the next thing I should check. Thanks

Pull the drive, drain the gear lube and pressure check it. look at the input shaft yoke into the drive. If you see any rust, you probably need a new seal and probably the yoke tool.
Oh, and replace the bellows, you also need a gimbal bearing and ujoints because it failed.
