95 I guess, I just bought this boat and the engine, and I have not used it yet, the tilt switch ( red button on the shift lever ) worked ( 2 stage = fast to go up and down, then slow to adjust bow angle)
if it does not motor either up or down, try tapping the motor with a plastic hammer while holding the down button. There are several things that can cause this, but it is often brushes worn or hung up.....

I've got fixed !!
The problem was a wire connection. There is a black box that holds wires to the lift motor, and one of the wire was corroded. I changed the wire and it worked perfect !!!
