and he's found guilty in the trial phase
No, he confessed.

Keep in mind what is going on with Moosy-owie; the govt wants to execute him for what he knew, not for what he did. Technically, the govt wants to execute him for what he DIDNT do. He was in custody when 9/11 happened, had nothing to do with it. The govt claims Moosy-owie
knew about the plot because he was supposedly part of it, and since he didnt say anything, 9/11 happened. Had Moosy-owie said something, the govt claims it could have prevented the events of 9/11.

I disagree. The govt had details about the 9/11 plot since 1995 when it was discovered in a briefcase of a captured Islamic terrorist in the Philippians. The Justice department constantly turned down every request to act on that data.

If Moosy-owie was a part of the 9/11 plot as the govt claims, then he had a 5th Amend right to NOT say anything while in custody. But that doesnt matter. What matters is that the govt keep the name Moosy-owie up in the air and in the headlines and associated with 9/11, then when Moosy-owie is executed somehow all of the family members of the victims of 9/11 are supposed to suddenly experience simultaneous closure...or something like that.

Personally, I dont care what they do to/with Moosy-owie. Hes not a nice guy. But Im not going to play stupid about it, either. Doing him isnt going to make 9/11 go away, isnt going to make those people in positions of protecting this country any less culpable for their f**k ups that allowed all of this to happen, and it isnt going to make all of those really good question about what really happened in and at the twin towers that day go away.

Youre kidding, right?!? If you had posted this on April 1st we could all have had a good laugh with it.
