I was given a bolt action shotgun that had a stock that was destroyed. The stock was not only in pieces but missing some substantial amount of wood.
I filled the missing areas, used epoxy and even some fiberglass chopped strand mat and re-assembled this ugly beast. Trust me it is strong now!
Yesterday I decided to try a shot at swirl painting. I primed the stock and dipped it and sprayed a bit of clear coat over it. It did not come out too bad and now I have another shotgun to use.





Sometimes boredom can be fun!
