Yeah and remember the bandaids too <br /><br />I DID clean out the garage yesterday... Wife gave me the green light... I'm having trouble deciding what to build, looks like one of everything right now. My wife saw the kayak CPJ is building (out of barn boards???) and said she wanted one. That is a really nice design.

it is cute for sure... I might do one of those too to replace my canoe... Wife wants a paddler... So if I do it, It'll be a one seater so I dont get stuck doing all the paddleing

Calico, I guess that I am a paddler, Ijust bought a canoe a few weeks back and realy it.No, its not getting made from barn wood.I want to be able to lift it!No progress yet, I have to shoot my bow today and make sure that it works before I go hunting this week.And dink, I dont refer to my yak as cute.

of course not.... cant yet cause your yak hasnt materialized yet... i'm sure though when its done, it'll be cute ... might even have to paint panseys on it over the camo to fit in to nature properly

Ya know, I missed the pansie princess part the first time.Its all in the details isnt it? By the way I just put a coat of resin on a piece of camo material and we will see how it turns out when it drys.will post pic later.

Well guys here is the resin over camo.I sanded half of it with 220 grit paper and it looks pretty darn good.I did sand a little to much and got into the cloth.Oh well its just a test.I have put another coat on and Ill see how it looks once it dries.<br />And those are periwinkles, not pansies.<br />

Hey dink, if you can look past the flowers you will see the part I didnt sand, it is orange peeled all to heck. On the left side of pic 2 you can see a little also. How did I apply the resin you ask? I used a small piece of wood to spread it around.So I would say that a brush or roller would work better.

not enough resin or epoxy to cover the mat of the material...... whatever your usin...<br /><br />Just thought I should add that...lol
