Need HELP identifying motor first

Hello all, long story short, was told this was a 2002 Johnson . 50 hp bombider . The welsh plug is the only thing left for tag. I can add pictures if needed but here is a picture of the plug

Looks like you posted the same question twice so looks like an innocent mistake.

Those numbers don't help us. Post photos of your engine and we can get you close enough.

Sorry I lost the page , I book saved it now . I was told it was a 2002 ???
So last year the motor was running rough. So I decided to buy the repair manual . I am
Mechanically inclined , so I also download a video from Brandon’s garage that shows you how to adjust the linkage back to factory settings. I also have removed or deleted how ever people put it . I have ran all new fuel lines through out boat. Tank is in the center console . Rebuilt the carbs with OEM kits. 2 carbs . Found out they had 2 diffrent jets in the carbs . Top was to be a 55D , bottom to be a 56D . I have replaced with (2) 55D . I do have a 56D.
The air mixture screws were set to 2.5 turns out , motor will not run . If I spray starting fluid . A tiny amount ( washes out the walls ) it will fire . So that told me gas issue . Took carbs off double checked , all good . Checked spark blue . So figured air screws . So they are turned out 4 turns . It idles it idles at 900 rpm in a garbage can of water . Timing is spot on . Have marked cyl 1 & 2 on fly wheel. And used timing light to
Show they are firing properly.
My question is why out 4 turns ????

Are you pushing the key in and holding it in while cranking it over?----Simpler to do and the same as spraying starter fluid in there.--Timing at idle is when throttle plates open,------Timing at idle really does not matter and will show correct even with a sheared flywheel key.

Gee, what does the manual specify for initial low speed setting? For my '98 Johnny 150HPV6 the initial setting is 5 turns open. The 80HP motor of that vintage wants 4-1/2 turns open.

Are you pushing the key in and holding it in while cranking it over?----Simpler to do and the same as spraying starter fluid in there.--Timing at idle is when throttle plates open,------Timing at idle really does not matter and will show correct even with a sheared flywheel key.

If the flywheel key was sheered wouldn’t it be out of time for the magnets are telling the aystem
When to fire properly ?

As for holding the key in for the primer , at this time the primer is not hooked up. I have to replace seal . Don’t is
