There are PLENTY of theads here on the forum describing and showing the process for removing and replacing the deck on a boat. Just do a search using Deck Replacement or Removing the Deck and you WILL find what you need.

I'm just sayin...:D

Can you access the spots on the bottom of the boat from the top? What do your stringers look like in that ski locker?

Re: Need to know what I can do about these cracks/chips..

I don't see any wood anywhere that I can see without taking the floor off, when I pull back the carpet in the ski locker, all I see is fiberglass.. ditto for the transom...

The only reason I know my foam is soaked is because 3 of the 4 bolts holding the passenger chair to the floor came through the rotted floor which showed me a hole in the floor under where the pedestal was mounted. When I pushed my finger into it, water pooled up...

Well the floor needs to come out. Pull the puppy apart and show us where you are.

Re: Need to know what I can do about these cracks/chips..

I hope it's not that bad of a question, but how does the floor come up once I get the carpet up?

Pry bar? Saws-all? Unscrew it? Circular saw?

It's not located at my home, so any help as to what the best way to do this will be helpful, thanks!!

Yes to all, you will normally need to set a circular saw to the thickness of the wood and glass (no deeper), then cut around the out side edge. The other tools are used as needed. Do a search on the subject and you'll see some examples.
