So we had a nice little storm here and smack, the 45 - 50 mph winds sucked the sliding aluminum door right off my boat. I gathered the pieces and put the frame back together, no damage to the frame, for once I get to be appreciative of rusted bolts, that's where the door broke.
So new bolts and piece of plexiglass. The bottom was a piece of laminate. I can't afford the custom cut laminate right now but wanted to know if I took a piece of plywood, used some stain and then Marine Spar coated the wood, would that be a good temporary fix?
