I have 18hp Nissan that I just did a powerhead swap on. Model is NS18C2. The motor was originally a 9.9hp NS9.9B2, but I swapped powerheads. The motor pumps water good, but I am curious if water is coming out of everywhere on the motor that it is supposed to. There is a place with two holes about half way down the leg (see pic, as I do not know the name of this) where I thought water was supposed to come out of. I may be wrong.. If water is supposed to come from here, then what could be the cause of the lack of water, and how should I fix it? Also, how do you check/ set timing on these motors? It should be close, but I'm paranoid that I may have thrown it a little off during the swap, as I had to mess with a linkage or two. I'm posting a youtube link to a video of the motor running. Thanks. -Matt
