Re: OOPs Crew

97 dodge ram 1500 118k right now its "unfit for the road" cuz the dealer hasn't inspected it. this is one that they would bring to the auction.. right now it runs great when idling but its having tranny problems it seemed liked. as soon as i threw it in reverse it started making a really weird sound. she said that the dealership has already looked at it and most likely ordered the parts. so i dont have to pay for whatever they need to do to fix it.. they will load it up and bring it to my mechanic to let him inspect and sign off that its fit for the road (which i like cuz i would want my mechanic to take a look no matter what).. she figured everything out for me and out the door price is 4965. im gunna try and get them down a good 400 or more.

Re: OOPs Crew

trannys are expencive to fix in the dodges....mine cost me near 5k...(second one).....(but its a pulling tranny)....

sorry the kid sold the other one, but i think you will really like the dodge....the motor is small for an 8....but sounds right for a 6.....ie 4.3 v6.

when did the dealers say it was gonna be ready?

the dealer said that monday the guy is coming down to take a look at it. if he says no. than i have 24hrs to say yes. if i say yes. i think she said they have like 2 days to get all the work done.

Re: OOPs Crew

biggest thing with the tranys is keep the fluid cool and clean and make sure you take it out of over drive for any heavy pulling as for the motors 3.9 = 239ci V6, 5.2 = 318ci V8, 5.9 = 360ci V8 (there is also a 5.9 inline 6 desiel
