Hey yall, I jus tbought an '81 Skeeter Mag last week. And one of the first things I noticed was that it rode really flat on the water. So I figured that the first chance I got I would adjsut the tilt ( or ist it trim) on the back of the motor. Well, I adjsuted it by two holes and put it in the water. As soon as I got going I figured out that I had trimmed it to far up. I was porpoising, well like a porpois. So as soon as I got ro a really shallow area I dropped it down one hole and it did a little better bust still too bouncy. So once I got home I went ahead and dropped the motor to its original psition. And that when I noticed that the motor was too short.<br />Now the boat runs just fine on the water, is ther anything I need to worry about.Or will this be OK?
