Just had a look at the link above and if your good with wood that is your answer, I have made a good many all out of angle iron and welded together because that is what I did in my working life.
However, I did make one out of the drilled angle steel that forms part of the dexion storage shelving, all you need is a tape measure, hacksaw and some nuts and bolts. You can make it whatever size you need.
Normally most scrap yards have a fair share of this type of shelving.
