ive got an 03 johnson 25hp 2 stroke outboard its a pull start/tiller motor also and ive been having issues with the carb. it was rebuilt in late april by a shop. last week i tried to take the boat out and it wouldnt start. i had had previous issues with bad fuel but it had run its course and i bought fresh gas and the old bad gas was used up. i switched fuel lines to a new one instead of the original one. i drained the carb squirted fuel into the cylinders and was able to make it run briefly with the choke out. at this point i dont know what to do

so what ive done so far
-rebuilt carb (4/30/10)
-taken out plugs and cleaned them
-squirted fuel into the cylinders
-drained carb bowl.
-tapped the carb with a screwdriver trying to dislodge anything
