I have replaced the floor in my storage shed with 3/4 ply on 2x6 joists. What should I paint the floor with? It will be primarily storage and some lawn equipment

Re: Painting floor

You could leave it alone or just use some porch and deck paint if you insist on painting it. I doubt it will see enough traffic for an epoxy paint.

Epoxy, it is impervious to gas & oil, and really holds up....JK

Re: Painting floor

probably a bit late to mention this, but I would paint the underside of the floor with some sort of preservative it stops any damp getting at it.

Im with bob for a srorage shed, you could but thompsons water seal on it then wait 3 weeks and put a solid color stain on it,its cheap and easy to do,and you can redo it every couple of years.
