It's Peaking around here as well,..... All the Leaf Peepers are clogging the Hiways........

Myself,+ the family took the trip to Old Town Maine weekend before last,....
Most of the mountains to the north of you were Bright with colors, but not quite what I'd call in their Peak at that point.......
Beautiful none the less though.......

Beautiful Bob. Be glad you have sunshine to illuminate all that beauty. Out here in perpetual gray land, our fall colors are considerably muted by the constant soggy overcast.

We are missing most of the brilliant reds we normally have and it is VERY VERY late to boot.

TD the sycamore leaves will kill a lawn but..... they do not grow around here at all.

We're almost peaked in the Southern Tier NY. Maybe in a week. problem is it doesn't last long. Turns gray, cold and dead looking until May.

Yeah, saw that on the news today. I've done all those canyon roads on M/C's. Brother lived in WestLake Village (now NorCal) .. the kid runs the business now bottom of Decker Canyon Rd. Hope Neptunes Net survives!

Went out with the bigger lens and took a few closer shots. That windsock is atop of a hanglide ramp.

Great pictures Bob! You live in a beautiful place.
Not much color here at all except brown.The extreme drought killed it this year. It was 83 degrees here today..

It's bushfire season down here this was taken on the sydney to newcastle freeway, oct 03. Every year around this time the pyros come out to play
