Whether you think DJ's posts are attacks or not, they most certainly are almost always whining, complaining, arguementative, combative, or otherwise negative.

Hmmmmmm.... that sounds familiar, but of course if that were reason to dump all over a guy, we'd all be covered in it. 8)

We're not all moderators are we? I don't have an example to set, DJ does. And I still set a better one than him.

Your humility is only out striped by your vitriol.

DJ's job is not to be a shining example of moderate thought, his only job is an unpaid one to keep things here moderately in bounds.... nothing else.

He is entitled to his own opinion (except when it differs from mine ) 8) and is guaranteed by our constitution his right to free speech... if you don't like it, tough.

Many of his own posts are out of bounds. It has nothing to do with opinion. Like I said above, have you ever seen JB attack anyone? He is very opinionated, and him and I almost always disagree; however, we don't attack each other, and he's never threatened me.

Don't let the door and all that......Typical whining lib BS..... Maybe you guys should find a forum where everyone makes nice and everyone agrees with you, then you wouldn't get your little feelers hurt.........CJY, you just make me tired, and I'm not going to try to straighten out your twisted mentality... get a life....

Sober as a judge, so I assume you too are in favor of limiting free speech?

You've only been on the board for 2 months. You don't know any of us very well.

Stick around rodbolt, I like your company.

BTW, I personally have a lot of respect for DJ. You know exactly where he stands on almost any topic, he believes strongly in what he posts, he says exactly what he means, he pulls no punches, his tone is only a reflection of his passion, his posts have no hidden meaning, they are literal. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have nowhere near that strength of my convictions. Very admirable.

Only been posting for most of 3 months, lurking for much longer.... and your point was?

I don’t care if you like rodbolt or not, it’s immaterial, this is an attack on a moderator for just speaking his mind, and that is material. Personally, I don’t like DJ, but I’ll defend his right to speak his mind all day, and any day... because you see, I have that same right.

Being that he is a mod leads one to assume (whether true or not) that he has access to your personal information. This means that one could percieve a threat to be real. Why do I feel a deja-vu?

FYI, we have no more info on members than any one else has.
We can click on a member's name and what you see is what we see, period.

My point at the was made when I quoted your own vitriol.

But you've raised another.
You don't have absolute free speech in a well moderated, private website. You and I are guests here.

And now Crunch, you've made me tierd. Have at it.8)
