As someone who sells on ebay and ships stuff large and small I can tell you customs can really hold up a item. Also (not to add worry) but things can get lost , stolen , etc,with a shipping company so give iboats a break . Im sure the "kid" you spoke too was just trying to give you a reason to feel better or a excuse as to the problem. As for asking for your warranty to start upon delievery - thats a fair request.<br />Roadway has several shipping options and it could be they selected the cheaper option which means the haul it on "their " schedule.<br />By the way ive had 3 day mail take 45 days .
