Bought a damn powerpack that wasnt it now i look like a idiot some one help out please never had a outboard i couldnt just figure out myself this is bs lol but the ohms reading on my stator is 875 when it should be 450 im thinking thats the problem anybody know anything i dont please let me know thanks

Sorry to hear. Have you done a visual inspection under the fly wheel?
The charge coil does sound suspect because you said in an earlier post that the DVA voltage didn't jump higher (as expected)
with the brown and brown/yellow wires disconnected (from power pack), correct?

It happened to be the Power Pack as I suspected THANK YOU EVERY ONE FOR THE HELP

Yea I got one off ebay cheap was only $68 bucks NEW with shipping and the engine is still running good! haven't been on the site lately but I need some info on two engines I'm working on so I came on here tonight to make some new post Thanks again man.

For some reason when I was pull starting that engine too it wouldn't spark with my spark tester which does work.. but I pulled it a few times with the plugs in and it cranked right up
