Starting point would be determining the pitch of your current aluminum prop and your rpm at WOT. Do you know these two things at this point?
i do not know the pitch, but the wot is 4400-4800 as per the merc paperwork i got with the boat.
You may have to dismount the propeller to find the pitch stamping. Do you have a tachometer at the helm to see your rpm at full throttle? There's just no way to know which propeller is right without these two pieces of information.
