might be tough to find someone in here to help you with that.... why not buying a new one? :)

Re: Prop repair recommendation?

I was just hoping there were some fellow MN boaters on here that have a favorite prop repair shop they could share. I think I hit a submerged log or deadhead while putting around and it just put a small crack in on of my blades, I thought it would be a cheap, easy fix. New props look like they are at least $100, I was hoping to get it done for $40-50.

i would have it repaired and buy a used one for a spare. boat with out a spare prop is like a car with out a spare tire. my two cents

I agree, I bought a used SS Ballistic and wanted to keep the Black Max as my spare, but dinged it up before switching props. I like your idea of getting a 4 blade, but can't see spending $300-400 on a SS one, would aluminum work as well?
