Should be gone now? I believe it only stays for your first 3-5 posts.

I am a part time Mod on another forum, it is a vBulletin board, where can we get a copy of that "random question" I do like the concept because it is annoying, and it eliminates the spammers for us..

Depending on what version you use, you may already have it. It's under your Administrator settings, look for Human verification settings.
