I am new to boating and not all that mechanically inclined. Found a local shop offer the services below. Does this seem reasonable, and is there anything else I need done? I have a 3.0 Mercruiser. Thanks for any input.
Run-up and check hoses and belts, stabilize fuel, check shift, throttle and steering cable movement and connections, grease all engine and outdrive external fittings, inspect bellows, check and top off fluids, change oil and oil filter, change fuel filter, fog engine, drain block and manifolds, install bio-degradable anti-freeze, change gear lube (if necessary), remove stern drive to grease and inspect U-joints and gimbal bearing, check engine alignment, grease prop shaft splines, clean out Speedo pick up, remove hull drain plug, grease buddy style trailer bearings.
