I have a question for you. My boat had a 2001 225 fletch on it. It went bad and the engine was replaced with a 200 e200 stleub. My question is my oil tank has a hose with the pump up bulb that goes to the vro pump. The other hose on the tank has a bolt threaded into it now. Where should this hose attach on the new to me 200?

This is a pic of the tank the picture of the hose rolled up with the primer bulb is what sits in the open hole of the tank. As you see in the top left corner of the tank is a hose barb. It has a hose hooked up to it but someone put a bolt in it to plug it off (quality craftsmanship) I just would like to know if this hose needs to be attached in order for my VRO Pump to work correctly. I read it is a return line for the tank. I'm not sure where the engine end of the line should be ..
